The following policies are effective as of today, September 15, 2023.

PAYMENT

All guests of the Nashoba Valley Inn and Suites are required to pay the full amount for rooms at the time payment is due. Guests are subject to removal if this payment policy is not followed.

Guests have the option of pre-paying for rooms on a weekly basis (at a discounted rate) or paying for rooms daily. If paying daily, guests must submit payment by 11 am. There will be no payment follow-up done by the Owner. If payment is not submitted by 11am, the room is considered available, and guests are subject to removal.

CONDUCT

All guests of the Nashoba Valley Inn and Suites must adhere to the following expectations:

  • All occupants must identify themselves as occupants with the Owner. No more than 4 adults can occupy a 2-bed room and no more than 2 adults are able to occupy a 1-bed room.
  • Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the inside and outside of their rooms. Guests must pick up after their pets, dispose of trash properly, and refrain from engaging in alcohol/drug usage.
  • Guests must refrain from spending leisure time outside their rooms after sundown.
  • Smoking inside or outside of rooms is prohibited. Smoking must be conducted in the designated smoking area.
  • Guests must behave in a courteous manner. Guests must keep the noise level to an appropriate level and treat their neighbors with respect.
  • Visitors are only allowed between the hours of 8am-6pm, with the maximum visitation of 2 hours.
  • No more than 1 dog is allowed per room. Cats are prohibited. A $30 per night fee will be applied for all non-service animals. Guests must provide certification issued by the State for service animals, to the Owner.
  • Guests must refrain from roaming (walking) around the property for extended periods of time. They are encouraged to walk on nearby sidewalks.

Guests who do not comply with these expectations are subject to removal without notice.
