Reservation & Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made before 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of two nights.

  • Non-refundable Reservations are final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • No-shows will incur a charge of two nights.

  • Early Check-In: Available for an additional $20, subject to room availability.

  • Early Check-out: Guests checking out earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged for the current day plus 1 night penalty. The remaining nights will be refunded.

Smoking Policy:

  • All rooms are smoking-free.

  • Smoking in non-smoking rooms or public areas will incur a cleaning fee of $250 and may result in removal from the property.

Guest Responsibility:

  • Guests are liable for damage to hotel property, including furniture, fixtures, linens, and equipment. Charges for repairs or replacement may be applied, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

  • Please lock your room when leaving. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind after check-out.

Pets Policy:

  • Only pets registered with the hotel and subject to the pet fee of $20 per pet per night are allowed. 

  • Unauthorized pets in the pet-free rooms will result in a fine of $250.

  • Guests are required to clean up after their pets to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.

Noise and Disturbance:

  • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disruptive behavior during this time will result in removal from the property without a refund.

PAYMENT

All guests of the Nashoba Valley Inn and Suites are required to pay the full amount for rooms at the time payment is due. Guests are subject to removal without notice if this payment policy is not followed.

Guests have the option of pre-paying for rooms on a weekly basis (at a discounted rate) or paying for rooms daily. If paying daily, guests must submit payment before check-out time. There will be no payment follow-up done by the front-desk. If payment is not submitted before check-out time, the room is considered available for reservation and guests are subject to removal.
